お正月 常輪寺と深妙寺へ Happy New Year ! Walking to Jyorinji Temple & Jinmyoji Temple

明けましておめでとう！　Happy New Year!

まず常輪寺に向けて出発です。

常輪寺の地図はこちら。

常輪寺は曹洞宗の禅寺。木曜日の夕方座禅会を行なっており、自由参加できます。

農家民泊マザーアースから約４キロほどの行程です。

The first destination is Jyorinji Temple.

Jyorinji Temple is a Zen Temple of Soto-sect. It gives free Zen session in the evening on Thursdays.

It is about 4km from Farm Stay Mother Earth.

お散歩用ハーネスを付けて出発です。

After wearing a harness for walking, let's go out!

マザーアースの出口を出て左折。そして最初の小路を右へ。

Go out of the exit of Mother Earth and turn left.

Then turn right at the first crossing.

住宅街を北へ抜けましょう。

Pass through the small residential area northbound.

少し太い道を北へ。最初の小路を左へ。

You'll meet a wider road. Go along that northbound.

Then turn left at the first crossing.

西へ歩きます。前に見えるのは伊那西高校の桜土手です。桜の花の時期は見事です。

Walk westbound. You can see a bank of cherry trees ahead. That's the bank of Ina Nishi High School. Cherry blossoms are wonderful in spring.

土手に突き当たったら右へ。最初の小路を横切って北へ真っ直ぐ歩きます。

When you reach the bank, turn right. Cross the first crossing and walk straight northbound.

T字路に突き当たったら左へ。

When you reach a T-shaped crossing, turn left.

左手に牛舎が見えるので、その角を右へ。

You'll see a cow shed. Turn right at the corner.

道なりに行くと川沿いの道に出る。　左手は「かんてんぱぱ」の工場。右手は「かんてんぱぱ」の駐車場。

Go along the road. Then you're on the road along a river. You'll see the backside of a factory of Kantenpapa on your left.  On your right, there'a parking space of Kantenpapa.

橋があるので渡る。渡り切った所で右へ。

There's a bridge. Cross the bridge and turn right.

少し歩くと三叉路に出るので、そこを左へ。北方向に行く。

Walk and you'll reach a three way junction. Turn left northbound.

真っ直ぐ行くと住宅街。そこを通り抜ける。

Go straight and pass through a residential area.

住宅街を抜けると川がある。その橋を渡って、すぐに左折。　竹林沿いの道を西側に。

After passing trough the residential area, there's a river.  Cross the bridge over the river. After crossing the bridge,  there's a pass alongside a bamboo forest. Walk the pass westbound.

前に伊那広域農道とセブンイレブンが見えてきます。

You'll see a busy street (Ina Koiki Nodo), and 7-11 ahead.

セブンイレブン（伊那西春近店）の前が小出３区の信号です。西側に渡ると伊那スキーリゾートに行く道です。そこを登ります。

In front of 7-11 (Ina Nishiharuchika Ten) threre's a traffic light of Koide 3-ku. Cross the traffic light towards Ina Ski Resort.

最初の小路に「居酒屋たまちゃん」の看板があります。夕方だけ営業している小さな居酒屋さんですが、モモもモモのオカンも行ったことはありません。

There's a sign board of a small local pub, Tama-chan. It opens only in the evenings. 

駒ヶ岳、権現山登山道の案内もありますが、そこは別の機会に。

There's also a sign board for Mt. Komagatake and Mt. Gongen-san, but we'll make it another time.

左側にYKKap 伊藤工務店の看板が見えて来たら、その小路を右折して北側に向います。

When you see a sign board of YKK ap 伊藤工務店, turn right and walk northbound.

右側の田圃の土手に古い桜の木があります。樹齢うん百年だそうです。花の時期は見事です。

近所の人が花見に来ます。

There's an old old cherry tree alongside the road. When it blossoms, it's marvelous. Local people come to see the blossom.

そのまま直進すると左側に常輪寺が見えてきます。

Go straight, then you'll see Jyorinji Temple on your left.

ここからも権現山と駒ヶ岳に行けます。それはまた別な機会に。

This is also a starting point to Gongensan and Mt. Komagatake. But not this time.

 

今月の御寺メッセージ。

Temple message of this month: a poem and a notice about Zen Session.

大晦日の夜中に来れば除夜の鐘をつかせてもらえます。

If you come here at the midnight of the end of the year, you can ring this big bell for Jyoya no Kane (bell to wash out your 108 sins of the year).

境内の様子など。お地蔵様と並んで馬頭観音もあります。車が出てくる前は本当に馬が大活躍してくれたんですね。

Inside and around the temple. You can see the Bato Kannon (Horse Kannon) beside Ojizo-sama.

Horses were really indispensable before the times of automobile.

お参りを済ませたら来た道を戻ります。

「宮の原集会所」のバス停まで来たら、左に下る道を歩きます。次は深妙寺に行きます。

深妙寺の地図はこちら。

After paying homage, go back till the bus stop of [Miyanohara Syukaijyo]. Then turn left and walk down.

なだらかな坂道を下ると広域農道に出ます。左手に「ファームセンター小出」（農産物直売所）と「道楽園」（苗のお店）が見えます。　古着物と骨董品を売る「からころ」は道からは見えませんが「ファームセンター小出」の少し手前です。

広域農道の横断歩道を横切ります。

Walk down the road. Then you'll see a big signboard of [Farm Center Koide] which is a local farmers' market. There's a seedling shop [Dorakuen] next to it.

You can't see from the road, but there's a shop of antique Kimono and antiques [Karakoro]  westside of [Farm Center Koide].

Go through the crosswalk of the busy road.

ほんの少し歩くと右手が深妙寺です。紫陽花のお寺です。初夏にはお寺の庭中の紫陽花が見事です。

Walk a bit, then you'll see the entrance of Jinnmyouji Temple on your right. This temple is famous for hydrangea. The garden is so beautiful in early summer.

このお寺にはペット霊園があります。

17年前に死んだ愛犬ポンタも観音様の下で眠っています。

There's a cemetery for pets in this temple.

Our dog Ponta who passed away some 17 years ago is resting in peace under this Kannon-sama.

本堂の前の駐車場を左に見て東方向に歩きます。最初の小路を右へ。

There's a parking space in front of the main hall. Walk the road eastward. Then turn right at the first corner.

まっ直ぐ行ってT字路に突き当たったら左に下りて行きます。

次の小路を右に。すると先ほど通った竹藪沿いの道があります。これで元来た道に戻りました。

Go straight, and when you reach a t-shaped road, turn left and walk down.

Turn right at the next corner. Walk toward the small river. Then you're on the same spot to go to the 7-11.

後は、のんびり帰るだけです。お疲れ様でした。

Then go back!

今日は往復で約３時間かかりました。
