三峰川サイクリング・ジョギング ロード Mibu-gawa Cycling Jogging Road

今日は先日に引き続き、[三峰川サイクリング・ジョギング ロード]をご案内します。一周10キロのコースです。
We'll introduce [Mibu-gawa Cycling Jogging Road] today. It's around 10km course.
From Mother Earth to Ryuto Bridge (hashi), please refer to [From the Tenryu River to Mibu River] updated on 8th. Feb.
今日は駐車場のある[三峰川榛原河川公園]まで車で行きます。
We'll drive to [ Mibu-gawa Haibara Kasenkoen] which has a car parking space.
車で10分程で三峰川榛原河川公園に着きます。マレットゴルフ場などもあって、右側に駐車場があります。
駐車場の向いがトイレです。
10min. drive will take you to Mibugawa Haibara Kasen Koen, which has mallet golf course, and so on.
The photo of the middle is a parking space. And the opposite of it is a toilet.
これはコースの案内図です。(クリーンセンター付近にありました。)
三峰川の左岸と右岸を一回りします。
This is a picture of the course. You'll walk the east and West bank of the river.
この標識の先は原則として歩行者と自転車のみが通れます。
道沿いには、ところどころ石碑が立っています。
これは井上井月の歌碑です。
俳人井月は伊那谷で客死した放浪の俳人です。後年、種田山頭火などに多くの影響を与えました。
This is a poem monument of Inoue Seigetsu. Seigetsu was a Haiku poet of 19th century. He wandered around and died in this Valley. As he was alcoholic and has no place to live in. some called him a beggar. However, he was a great poet in fact. Some local people even became his students.
His works influenced a lot to literary men, like Taneda Santoka in after ages.
裏側です。「小流に上る魚あり稲の花」
The backside is this: [Konagare ni Noboru Uo Ari Ine no Hana]
一休みするベンチもあります。
ベンチの脇には不思議な石板が・・・。
西側に見える中央アルプスの山並みの説明板です。
There are benches to rest.
A stone board is beside the bench. It is the explanation of the mountains of the Central Alps in the west.
クリーンセンターから、さらに東に向かうと橋が見えてきます。「三峰川橋」です。
「若鮎の瀬に尻まくる子供かな」
「名句だな」モモが感心しています。
When we walk a bit more, there's another Seigetsu-san's poem
monument.
[Wakaayu no Se ni Shiri Makuru Kodomo kana]
[Nice Haiku!] Momo seems to be impressed.
You'll pass through rice paddy fields.
Agricultural vehicles come and go in this area.
それから林の中を歩きます。
Then, walk through a forest.
林を抜けると上伊那クリーンセンターの建物が見えてきます。上伊那地域のゴミ処理場です。
センターの前の建物はトイレで自由に使えます。足湯や水道もありますが、冬は使えません。でもトイレは使用できます。
After the forest, you'll see buildings of Kamiina Clean Center. It's a disposal plant of Kamiina district.
The small building in front of the big one is a toilet.
There's also Ashi-yu (a tub in which you dip your feet) and water tap. Both can't be used in winter.
As for the toilet, it's OK all year round.
クリーンセンターから、さらに東に向かうと橋が見えてきます。「三峰川橋」です。
Walk toward the east from Clean Center.
You can see a bridge over there. That's Mibugawa-bashi.
今日は橋の歩行者用通路を左折して橋を渡ります。
If you cross the street, you can walk to Takato. But let's make it some other time.
Today, turn left and just follow the pedestrian path.
Here and there, there are plates which explain the environments of this river.
下は橋から見た中央アルプス。
View from the bridge.
Follow the red pedestrian path.
Turn left. And walk straight toward the west.
You see the Central Alps ahead of you. The southern part of the Southern Alps behind you.
しばらく行くとまた井月さんの句碑があります。「稲妻や藻の下闇に魚の影」
After a while we can see another poem monument of Seigetsu-san. [ Inazuma ya Mo no Shitayami ni Uo
no Kage]
少しあるくと又、井月句碑です。
「明け安き夜を日に継や水車」
Soon, we found the other Seigetsu's poem monument.
[Akeyasuki Yo wo Hi ni Tsugu ya Mizuguruma]
右手に「レストパーク」が見えてきます。
駐車場とトイレ水飲み場があります。
このあたりから桜並木が続きます。
You'll see [Rest Park] on your right.
Car parking space, toilet, and tapped water are there.
You'll walk along the row of cherry blossom trees.
You can see [Kasumi-tei] over there. In olden days, it was a kind of irrigation bank. It gave rice paddy fields water. At the same time it prevented the flood from villages. You can see this kind of banks around.
Here is Seigetu-san's poem monument again. [Nanohana ni Toku Miyuru ya Yama no Yuki]
かなりの騒音です。
The photos shows how the government controls the flood water nowadays. Quite noisy.
井月さんの句碑が河川工事を見ています。
「除け合うて二人ぬれけり露の道」
Seigetsu-san's poem monument is looking at the construction work.
[Yokeaute Hutari Nurekeri Tsuyu no Michi]
工事現場を過ぎると竜東橋が見えてきます。
After passing the construction site, you'll see Ryuto-bashi over there.
Turn left, and cross the bridge.
橋を渡ったら左折。歩行者用道路を真っ直ぐ行くと出発点の榛原河川公園が見えます。
After crossing the bridge, turn left and follow the pedestrian path. You'll see Haibara Kasen Koen, which was the starting point.
お疲れ様でした。これでコース10キロを一回りしました。
桜の花芽もまだ固いです。春が待ち遠しいですね。
時間:一周約2時間半
*真夏の昼間はお勧めしないコースです。日陰が少ないので。
Welcome back! You made 10km course.
The buds of cherry flowers are still tight. Can't wait for spring.
TIME: about 2,5 hours (10km)
*This course is not recommendable at midday in midsummer. There's not much shade to hide.
