三峰川橋から高遠・虹橋→三峰川橋 From Mibugawa Bridge to Niji-bashi, Takato

今年は雪が多かったので、未だ山歩きができません。
退屈したモモとサバは喧嘩を始めました。
It's March now. But we can't go to the mountain as there's still a lot of snow. Momo and Saba began to fight because they got bored.
それで、今日は三峰川橋まで車で行き、川沿いに高遠まで歩くことにしました。三峰川橋から高遠までは歩行者・自転車専用道路ではありませんが、殆どが河川管理車以外は侵入禁止なので、のんびり歩くことができます。
So, we will drive to Mibugawa Bridge and walk to Takato. Most ways of this course are only for the cars of caretakers. People can walk the corse quite lazily.
ケージに入って車で三峰川橋近くの上伊那クリーンセンターへ。トイレの前の駐車場に車を停めます。
Momo is in a cage in the car. We drive to the parking space of Kimiina Clean center.
やまめが釣れるのだそうです。
We met a group of anglers. They said there are landlocked salmons here.
Walk on Mibugawa Bridge from the east end to the
west end.
橋の西の袂で高遠方面に車道を渡り、川沿いに歩きます。横断歩道が無いので、気をつけて渡ってください。
At the west end of the bridge, cross the road toward Takato (the east). As there's no pedestrian crossing here, please be careful.
ここからは河川管理用の車以外入れません。
しばらく行くと道が二手に分かれるので右の川沿いの道を行きます。
This road is only for caretakers' cars.
Walk a bit, then the road splits into 2. Take the right one.
しばらく行くと河原でゲートボールを楽しむ人々がいました。
それを過ぎると又、道が分かれるので、今度も右の川沿いを歩きます。
Soon we saw people playing gate ball games.
Then, again we met the road splitting into 2. Take the right one along the river.
つぎの河川敷の空き地では模型飛行機を飛ばしているオジさんがいました。
空を飛べない私たちは、どんどん歩きます。
At the next clearing along the river, a man was flying a model plane.
As we can't fly in the air, we just walk on.
しばらく行くと前方にアーチに支えられた茶色の橋が見えてきました。これから渡る「虹橋」です。
舗装路が切れる所まで歩いたら、左の方に登ります。
After a while you see a brown arch bridge in front of you.
It is [Niji Bashi: meaning Rainbow Bridge], which we are going to cross over soon.
If you prefer paved road, walk along the white guardrail. We'll come to the same place as well.
丘の上で一休み。 Take a breath at the top of the hill.
モモは湧水を溜める水鉢を見つけて飲ませてもらいました。
Walk through a residential area toward the north.
Momo found a stone basin which flows the spring water. She drank it.
住宅街を通り抜けるとT字路に出ます。
国道361号、通称「高遠線」です。
今は「信州伊那アルプス街道」と言うようです。左手に７−１１があります。右に行きます。
歩道が無いので気をつけてください。
After passing trough the residential area, you bump into a road: R361. It was called [Takato Line] but nowadays it seems to be called [Shinsyu Ina Alps Road].
The signboard of 7-11 is seen on your left. But turn right and walk toward the east.
As there's no pedestrian way, be careful. Walk on the right side of the road.
右手には田んぼと山並みがみえます。
Paddy fields and the mountain ranges can be seen on your right.
行く道として200年ほど前の後から作られたと言う道の由来
が横に書いてあります。
After a while you can see a sign post on your right : Hokoji Yoke.
You can see the history of this road: Long long time ago, there
was no road to Takato Castle here. But around 200 years ago, this
road was built, and so forth on the side of this post.
自転車の人は自転車から下り、押して歩いてください。
Then, you bump into the entrance of Niji Bashi.
This bridge is only for walkers. If you ride on a bike, get off the bike and walk pushing the bike.
橋の下に水路が見えます。
約半世紀ほど前、高遠ダムができた時、三峰川西岸沿いの田に水を引くための水路橋として作られているのです。
This bridge is not only for walkers but also irrigation water. You see a water way under the pedestrian bridge.
A half century ago, when Takato Dam was built, this bridge was made to give water to the rice paddy fields on the west cost of the Mibu River.
中の写真は橋から下を見た風景。
川沿いに歩行者専用の道があるのですが、今は雪で覆われていて通行止めになっているようです。
下の写真は橋を渡り切ったところで振り返って見た写真です。
The photo of the top was taken on the bridge.
The middle was the scenery from the bridge.
There's a path along the river, but it is covered with the snow. Probably it is closed now.
The small photo was taken from the opposite side of Hokoji Yoke.
橋を渡ると住宅街に出ます。
After crossing the bridge, you are in a residential area.
住宅街の中の道は多少複雑ですが、とにかく右へ右へと進みます。
The roads of the residential area are bit mazy, but anyway, turn right always till you bump into a wide road.
左に見えるのは五郎山です。
高遠は古い城下町なので、城趾公園や古い
御寺など、見どころが沢山ありますが、
それはまたの機会に。
Gorosan can be seen on your left.
As Takato is an old castle town, there are lots to see.
Like, castle ruins or old temples.
But let's make it some other time.
広い道路に出たら、西の方へ道なりに進みます。
When you bump into a wide road, go along the road westward.
小原峰集落の給水施設の建物の前の道路を矢印方向に歩きます。
Walk along the road in front of a water supply facility of Obaramine. The yellow arrow shows the way.
があります。そこからは竹藪に入る道です。
Walk a bit. Then you'll find a space which is not guarded by the white guardrail. It is an entrance to go
into bamboo forest.
竹藪の中の道は綺麗に整備されています。
車道ができる前に使われていた道のようです。
道端に石碑などがあります。
道祖神のようにも見えますが、詳しいことは分かりません。
The road in the bamboo forest is well kept, and nice to
walk.
It seems to have been used before the road for cars was built.
There are stone monuments here and there. Some of them seem to
be deities. But we couldn't tell further.
右に行きます。
After passing through the bamboo forest, paved road is waiting. Turn right.
舗装路を川沿いに歩きます。
途中、右側に通行止めの看板が出ています。この道を行くと、先ほどの虹橋から見えた川沿いの山道になるのです。
Walk along the river. On the way, the sign board of [Road Closed] was
seen on your right. If you go this path, it will be the one which we saw
from Niji-Bashi a while ago.
川沿いにどんどん歩きます。
Walk along the river.
少し行くと車道（三峰川から高遠へ行く直線道：通称ナイスロード）の脇道に出ます。
河川管理用の道なので一般車両は通れませんが自転車や歩行者は通れます。
Soon you'll come to a side way of Nice Road (the road which goes from Mibugawa-bashi to Takato straight). It's the road only for the caretakers' vehicles.
But for walkers and cyclists, no problem to us
Now you can see Mibugawa-bashi: starting point of today.
今日は工事中で信号が動きません。
旗振りのオジさんが親切に通してくれました。
The traffic light was not working because of some construction work.
The man with a flag kindly let us pass the road.
